I would ask each church to include prayers for the church or organization and pastor, CLP or staff person in the morning or pastoral prayers. Print the names in the bulletin at that time in the worship service or in the prayer concerns with the announcements. Prayers should be for the mission and ministry of each. If you send cards it would be nice to have cards sent to these people indicating your church had prayed for them on this date.
